You will design and run agentic workflows that support RobCo's solution delivery process. Your work includes building reusable components, managing agent governance, and integrating AI into internal tools to automate tasks like requirements review and risk detection.
The team focuses on creating human-in-the-loop systems where agent outputs are reviewed and used to improve future performance. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams to identify high-leverage automation opportunities and establish best practices for AI adoption across the company.
What you'll do
- Design and run agentic workflows for requirements review, automated checks, and risk detection
- Build reusable components, skills, and patterns for tool integrations and identity management
- Own quality by designing evals, monitoring production agents, and managing security guardrails
- Create human-in-the-loop workflows where corrections improve prompts and components
- Embed with delivery teams to identify automation leverage points and define success metrics
- Drive internal AI adoption by delivering agents through existing tools and establishing best practices
What you'll need
- Several years of software engineering experience with ability to take ideas to production
- Shipped LLM-powered or agentic systems with real users, not just prototypes
- Deep practical experience with orchestration, tool use, MCP, memory, and retrieval
- Strong context and prompt engineering skills with rigorous output evaluation methods
- Experience building knowledge bases and implementing RAG pipelines for organizational knowledge
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript with fluency in SaaS APIs and webhooks
- Fluent English communication skills
