This delivery-focused position requires taking full ownership of partner integrations. You will drive implementations forward, solve complex technical issues, and ensure successful launches while acting as the primary technical contact for stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-level executives.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end partner integrations from kickoff to go-live
- Manage multiple concurrent integration projects simultaneously
- Serve as main technical point of contact for partner stakeholders
- Lead technical discussions and solution design alignment
- Translate partner needs into clear technical requirements
- Collaborate with Commercial, Onboarding, and Engineering teams
- Provide technical sign-off before final launch
- Improve integration processes, documentation, and scalability
What you'll need
- 3+ years in Integration Management or Solutions Engineering
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP
- Experience with Webhooks, idempotency, and error handling
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP and DNS networking fundamentals
- Proficiency in API security including OAuth, JWT, and HMAC
- Hands-on experience with logs and monitoring tools like ELK or Grafana
- Ability to create and review technical API documentation
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis in complex systems
- Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders
Nice to have
- Background in iGaming, fintech, or SaaS environments
- Experience with aggregators or platform integrations
- Exposure to high-scale environments with concurrent integrations
- Experience in senior-level partner negotiations
- Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Bash
- Leadership potential for future growth into a lead role
