What you'll do
- Develop infrastructure, backend, and frontend components
- Collaborate with Product and GTM teams on feature definition
- Build internal tools to improve team efficiency
- Integrate generative AI tooling to empower users
- Optimize systems using existing Large Language Models
What you'll need
- Breadth of experience in infrastructure, backend, and frontend
- Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with React and shadcn design system
- Familiarity with OpenAI and Claude for LLM interfacing
- Background in fast-growth, customer-focused startups
- Product mindset with focus on data-informed decisions
