What you'll do
- Architect, build, and test substantial features across the full stack
- Balance delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability in technical choices
- Collaborate with PMs and designers to scope projects and estimate effort
- Improve team velocity through documentation, tooling, and mentorship
- Monitor production releases and debug issues as they arise
What you'll need
- Experience building complex web applications with full-stack ownership
- Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails or React
- Ability to work independently and break down ambiguous problems
- Strong product sense to clarify user problems and make tradeoffs
- Excellent written communication for briefs and code reviews
- Effective use of AI tools to accelerate development while ensuring quality
