You will architect, build, and test substantial features across the stack for a platform that moves billions of dollars in payouts. Working with product managers and designers, you will scope projects, estimate effort, and ensure technical decisions balance speed, reliability, and maintainability.
The team values autonomy, written communication, and blameless post-mortems. You will own your production code, monitor releases, and help teammates through mentorship, tooling, and clear documentation.
What you'll do

What you'll need
- Experience building complex web applications end-to-end
- Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails or React
- Ability to work independently and break down ambiguous problems
- Strong product sense and user-focused mindset
- Excellent written communication skills
- Effective use of AI tools for coding and review
