You will join BJAK's global team to develop AI-driven solutions for their leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia. The work involves building reliable AI agents, tools, and automations that solve real customer and operational problems rather than conducting pure research.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents and workflows to solve customer and operations problems
- Apply LLMs, retrieval, and tool calling to financial workflows
- Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, and KYC
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and ship valuable features
- Design systems considering accuracy, latency, cost, and security
- Convert manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems
What you'll need
- Hands-on engineering skills beyond AI strategy or management
- Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, or RAG systems
- Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Judgement on what processes should be automated
- Ability to ship working systems and improve reliability
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or support automation
- Background in risk, KYC, fraud, or CRM operations
