Join the Platform Engineering division to treat the internal developer platform as a product serving over 150 developers. Your mission is to create a consistent mobile foundation that allows feature teams to focus on building rather than managing CI, release trains, or shared components.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain mobile React Native foundations and tooling
- Integrate AI-native workflows into daily work and the platform
- Elevate engineering excellence standards across teams
- Consolidate platform primitives like SDKs and CI pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams on platform adoption
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of mobile engineering experience
- Expert-level proficiency in React Native
- Experience building shared modules and SDKs for cross-team use
- Strong understanding of Mobile DevOps practices
- Proactive mindset regarding AI integration
- Expert spoken and written English for global leadership
