Join the Infrastructure & Productivity team to develop goal-oriented AI agents that automate complex infrastructure tasks. You will design systems that autonomously handle incident response, provisioning, and database management, reducing manual operational work for engineers globally.
What you'll do
- Design autonomous agents for SRE, DevOps, and DBA workflows
- Implement planning loops with safety guardrails and escalation
- Integrate agents with Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud APIs
- Define metrics to evaluate agent accuracy and completion rates
- Partner with platform teams to identify high-value automation targets
What you'll need
- 3+ years of backend engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Kotlin
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Aliyun cloud platforms
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD systems
- Strong system design skills for reliable agent architectures
Nice to have
- Experience building agentic AI systems with LLMs
- Familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
- Background in observability tools like Grafana or Datadog
- Knowledge of database administration and automation
- Understanding of SRE practices and incident response
