What you'll do
- Build new services to enhance platform power and user value
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams
- Evolve the codebase as product complexity and scale increase
- Participate in team planning, roadmapping, and goal-setting
- Help shape team culture and engineering practices
- Share on-call responsibilities with the rest of the team
What you'll need
- 6+ years of professional software shipping experience
- Experience collaborating with product and design stakeholders
- Ability to work across the stack independently and collaboratively
- Strong understanding of web frameworks, APIs, and databases
- Experience with multiple programming languages and distributed systems
- Strong sense of ownership and pragmatic decision-making skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with modern software build and deploy tooling
- Experience building for product-driven growth and enterprise audiences
- Knowledge of Go, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, or Postgres
- Experience with Terraform or Temporal
- Background in high-growth startup environments
