You will own large portions of the product, handling everything from research and specs to implementation. The engineering culture prioritizes focus time, avoiding traditional agile processes in favor of direct ownership and collaboration.
What you'll do
- Own projects end-to-end from research to deployment
- Write product specifications and design wireframes
- Build reusable components and abstractions across the stack
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define problem briefs
- Deliver features with a balance of speed and quality
What you'll need
- Comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies
- Experience leading projects with product and technical ambiguity
- Strong ability to create leverage through automation and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of owning complex initiatives independently
