You will take full ownership of large product areas, acting as both engineer and product designer. This includes researching problems, writing specs, creating wireframes, and implementing solutions without heavy process overhead.
The team values deep focus time, keeping meetings under two hours per week. You will join a tenured group of senior engineers who prioritize building reusable abstractions and leveraging AI tools to maintain high velocity.
What you'll do
- Own projects end-to-end including research, specs, and implementation
- Design wireframes and make product decisions alongside engineering
- Build reusable components and abstractions across the stack
- Collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining deep focus time
- Deliver high-quality features in a low-process environment
What you'll need
- Experience tackling ambiguity in both product and technical domains
- Ability to work across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Strong communication skills for asynchronous collaboration
- Proven track record of leading projects without heavy oversight
- Comfortable balancing speed of delivery with code quality
