Join the company as a Staff Sales Engineer focused on Voice Agents. You will act as the technical lead for voice agent deals, working closely with Account Executives to guide customers from discovery through to production. This position requires deep expertise in telephony, LLMs, and real-time audio processing to demonstrate value to both engineers and business leaders.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery, technical qualification, and architecture for Voice Agent opportunities
- Own the technical win from initial call through to production deployment
- Explain telephony stack integration including SIP trunks, PBX, and CCaaS
