Join the engineering team at Quorum, a leading provider of software for government affairs professionals. You will help shape the company's AI strategy by building advanced solutions that automate administrative tasks for influential organizations.
As a senior member of the team, you will own features end-to-end, working across the stack from infrastructure to user interface. The team operates as a unified system with a single codebase, prioritizing solid documentation, testing, and security.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features impacting thousands of clients
- Bridge complex datasets with intuitive user experiences using AI
- Architect the unified codebase to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Design complex systems and write technical documentation
- Mentor team members and conduct thoughtful code reviews
- Make technical decisions that shape the stack and company growth
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience building software for end-users
- Deep mastery of backend languages, specifically Python and Django
- Strong experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Excitement about leveraging AI to solve real-world problems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Commitment to high-quality code and team skill development
