Join ElevenLabs as a RevOps Systems Architect to design and maintain a modern GTM tech stack where AI plays a central role. You will act as both a Salesforce administrator and backend developer, creating intelligent automations and connecting the CRM to broader business systems.
The team values high-velocity experimentation and impact over job titles. You will work closely with engineering to scope and ship solutions that reflect how the business actually operates, ensuring platform health and data integrity.
What you'll do
- Administer Salesforce org including object model, data architecture, and user configuration
- Build and maintain automations using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services
- Develop Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling to extend CRM functionality
- Design SQL-based data pipelines for dashboards and revenue reporting
- Translate ambiguous business problems into technical scopes and implemented solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams on larger development efforts
What you'll need
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce object model, Flows, and platform configuration
- Strong Apex development skills for custom logic, triggers, and integrations
- Proficiency in SQL for complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic
- Systems mindset to trace data dependencies and anticipate breaking changes
- Interest in building AI-native systems and exploring Salesforce MCP intersections
Nice to have
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker
