Join Omni as an AI Engineer focused on developing the agentic AI analyst. You will tune agent behavior, measure performance, and add new capabilities to the platform. The team values autonomy, allowing you to prioritize and solve problems independently or collaboratively.
Omni provides a governed context graph for analytics and AI, enabling teams to query data in plain English. Engineers operate across the full stack, shipping quickly while maintaining high quality standards. You will leverage AI tools but must know when to rely on them versus manual coding.
What you'll do
- Build and optimize the agentic AI analyst
- Tune agent behavior and measure performance
- Add new capabilities to the AI system
- Solve customer problems across the tech stack
- Ship code iteratively with high quality standards
What you'll need
- 3-10+ years building production software
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Experience shipping LLM systems in production
- Knowledge of agent harnesses or context management
- Experience performing data analysis
Nice to have
- Experience building data products
- Familiarity with Snowflake or BigQuery
- Knowledge of Redshift data warehouse
- Experience with AI-ready interfaces
