You will join BJAK's engineering team to develop AI-driven solutions that automate real-world financial processes. The work involves building agents, tools, and workflows that enhance user experiences in onboarding, support, and operations while ensuring reliability and compliance.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents and automations to solve customer and operational problems
- Apply LLMs, retrieval, and tool calling to financial workflows
- Create AI-assisted features for KYC, support, CRM, and document handling
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and ship high-value features
- Design systems considering accuracy, latency, cost, and security constraints
- Convert manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems
What you'll need
- Hands-on engineering experience with AI agents and LLM applications
- Strong coding skills in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Experience building RAG systems, copilots, or automation workflows
- Ability to ship working systems and improve reliability over time
- Good judgment on when to automate versus when to keep manual processes
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance sectors
- Background in support automation, risk, KYC, or fraud detection
- Experience with CRM or operations automation
