You will join BJAK to develop practical AI solutions that automate real workflows and improve user experiences in financial services. The team builds AI agents, tools, and systems for tasks like onboarding, support, and risk review, prioritizing reliability and production impact over research prototypes.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents and automations to solve customer and operations problems
- Apply LLMs, RAG, and tool calling to practical financial workflows
- Create AI-assisted features for KYC, support, CRM, and document handling
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and ship high-value features
- Design systems addressing accuracy, latency, cost, and security constraints
- Convert manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems
What you'll need
- Hands-on engineering skills with strong coding ability
- Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, or RAG systems
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar stacks
- Ability to ship working systems and ensure reliability
- Strong judgment on automation feasibility and scope
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or insurance sectors
- Background in support automation, risk, or fraud detection
- Knowledge of KYC, CRM, or operations automation
