You will join BJAK to develop practical AI solutions that automate real workflows within their insurance and neobank platforms. The team prioritizes building reliable, production-ready systems over theoretical research, aiming to reduce manual work and enhance user experiences in financial services.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents and tools to solve customer and operations problems
- Apply LLMs and retrieval techniques to financial workflows
- Create AI-assisted features for onboarding, support, and KYC
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and ship valuable features
- Design systems considering accuracy, latency, cost, and security
- Convert manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems
What you'll need
- Hands-on engineering skills beyond strategy or management
- Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, or RAG systems
- Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Judgement on when to automate versus keep manual
- Ability to ship working systems and ensure reliability
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or fraud detection
- Background in support automation or CRM systems
- Knowledge of risk assessment and KYC processes
- Experience with operations automation
