You will join BJAK's engineering team to develop AI-driven solutions that automate real-world financial processes. The work involves building agents, tools, and workflows that enhance user experiences in onboarding, support, and operations while ensuring reliability and compliance.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents and automations to solve customer and operational problems
- Apply LLMs, retrieval, and tool calling to practical financial workflows
- Create AI-assisted features for KYC, risk review, CRM, and support
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and ship high-value features
- Design systems addressing accuracy, latency, cost, and security constraints
- Convert manual processes into scalable, reliable AI-enabled systems
What you'll need
- Hands-on engineering skills with a focus on building production systems
- Experience with AI agents, LLM apps, RAG, or automation workflows
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Ability to judge which tasks should be automated versus manual
- Track record of shipping working systems and improving reliability
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or fraud detection
- Background in support automation, risk, or KYC processes
- Familiarity with CRM or operations automation tools
