You will join BJAK to develop practical AI solutions that automate real workflows within their insurance and neobank platforms. The team prioritizes building reliable, production-ready systems over theoretical research, aiming to reduce manual work and enhance user experiences in financial services.
What you'll do
- Build AI agents and tools to solve customer and operations problems
- Apply LLMs, RAG, and guardrails to financial workflows
- Create AI-assisted features for KYC, support, and risk review
- Collaborate with product teams to identify and ship high-value features
- Design systems addressing accuracy, latency, cost, and compliance
- Convert manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems
What you'll need
- Hands-on engineering skills beyond strategy or management
- Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, or RAG systems
- Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Judgement on appropriate automation use cases
- Ability to ship, test, and improve system reliability
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, or fraud detection
- Background in support, risk, KYC, or CRM automation
- Proven track record of shipping serious products
