Join the GTM Engineering team at ClickUp to design and operate intelligent systems that power sales and finance operations. You will build AI-native automations and integration platforms, replacing manual tasks with agentic workflows using tools like Salesforce, NetSuite, and ClickUp Super Agents.
This hands-on engineering role requires bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to create reliable, scalable infrastructure that accelerates quote-to-cash processes and eliminates operational toil.
What you'll do
- Design AI-powered automations and agentic workflows across the GTM tech stack
- Deploy ClickUp Super Agents and LLM-based tools for deal enrichment and validation
- Architect MCP integrations allowing AI agents to interact safely with business systems
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and MuleSoft
- Own end-to-end patterns for lead-to-opportunity and quote-to-cash flows
- Develop internal tooling using Retool, Replit, Python, or JavaScript
- Monitor automation health and conduct root-cause analysis for failures
- Partner with Sales and Finance to translate requirements into technical solutions
What you'll need
- 3-5+ years in business systems, systems administration, or integration engineering
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Flow, and Apex
- Proficiency with NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, and data models
- Experience with iPaaS platforms like Workato, MuleSoft, or Zapier
- Practical knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows
- Scripting skills in Python, JavaScript, or Apex for data transformation
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-velocity environment
Nice to have
- Experience with DealHub CPQ or quote-to-cash workflows
- Familiarity with ClickUp Super Agents
- Background in revenue operations systems
- Experience evaluating RAG or multi-agent orchestration
