As a Customer Platform Architect, you will assist clients in designing, implementing, and configuring on-premise infrastructure for Filigran’s security products. You will diagnose technical issues, perform platform audits, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams to ensure reliable threat management operations.
What you'll do
- Guide customers in designing and configuring their on-premise platforms
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure technical issues
- Conduct on-demand audits to assess platform performance and resilience
- Write and maintain clear architecture documentation for stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product and Solution Engineers on pre-sales support
What you'll need
- Strong expertise in on-premise servers, networking, and storage
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of Helm-based application deployments
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Background in customer-facing technical roles
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry
- Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
