As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Duvo, you bridge the gap between AI technology and customer operations. You will embed with clients to map their workflows, redesign inefficient processes, and deploy running agents that solve real business problems.

You will not build the core product but rather write the glue code, configurations, and prototypes needed to integrate Duvo’s platform with customer systems like ERPs and portals. This role demands strong technical skills, process design instinct, and the ability to own customer outcomes end-to-end.

What you'll do

  • Emap with customers from project kickoff through go-live and beyond
  • Map customer workflows on the Duvo platform to identify automation opportunities
  • Redesign broken processes before automating them to ensure efficiency
  • Translate business logic into agent actions, decision rules, and fallbacks
  • Configure and deploy agents against real customer systems like ERPs and emails
  • Write integration scripts, prototypes, and data transformations as needed
  • Debug live agents in production environments and iterate quickly
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders and sponsors
  • Capture reusable patterns and templates to accelerate future deployments
  • Provide feedback on workflow patterns to Product and Engineering teams

What you'll need

  • At least 5 years of experience shipping solutions in customer environments
  • Background in forward-deployed engineering or applied AI with client exposure
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, and prompt engineering
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or JavaScript scripting, APIs, and JSON
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design efficient processes
  • Comfortable leading working sessions and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Fluent in English with the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly
  • Ability to pick up new business domains quickly and identify improvements

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or CPG industries
  • Familiarity with operational domains like supply chain or finance ops
  • Knowledge of ERPs and enterprise technology stacks
  • Fluency in additional European languages
