Join a small engineering team at Clipbook to develop features for over 200 clients, including major consultancies and government agencies. You will own feature development end-to-end, making key architectural decisions while shipping code quickly to real users.
The company processes news, audio, and video data at scale using AI. You will work alongside engineers from top tech firms to build robust APIs and services that power the product.
What you'll do
- Architect and build core systems while owning feature development end-to-end
- Integrate LLMs and ML models into production workflows like RAG pipelines
- Design scalable systems that support tenfold growth with practical investments
- Develop performant APIs and internal services ensuring reliability and security
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience building and scaling production systems
- Strong backend fundamentals in services, data models, and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP and tools like Docker or Kubernetes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to ship features quickly
Nice to have
- Depth in Data Engineering with Spark, Kafka, Flink, or BigQuery
- Expertise in Distributed Systems including high-volume scaling and fault tolerance
- Experience with AI/ML production tasks like fine-tuning and inference optimization
- Backend proficiency in Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, or high-concurrency systems
