You will develop native Android features for BJAK's AI Finance Agent, ensuring fast performance and reliable mobile experiences. Working with product and design teams, you will simplify complex user journeys for insurance, payments, and investments while integrating backend APIs securely.
What you'll do
- Build and ship Android features using Kotlin for financial services
- Create clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, and claims
- Collaborate with product and design to simplify user journeys
- Integrate backend APIs ensuring stability and security
- Optimize app performance, crash rates, and memory usage
- Use analytics and production data to improve the product
- Implement AI-assisted features where they add genuine value
What you'll need
- 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin
- Strong fundamentals and history of shipping production apps
- Proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern architecture
- Solid understanding of mobile UX, usability, and edge cases
- Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging live issues
- Fast execution style with high ownership of code quality
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Examples of previously shipped work available for review
