You will develop the Android application for BJAK's AI Finance Agent, focusing on insurance, payments, and investment features. The team aims to simplify complex financial journeys while ensuring high performance, stability, and security for real customers.
Working with product and design teams, you will integrate backend APIs and implement AI-assisted experiences where they add genuine value. The role requires strong ownership of code quality, user experience, and production reliability.
What you'll do
- Build and ship Android features using Kotlin for financial services
- Create clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, and claims
- Collaborate with product and design to simplify user journeys
- Integrate backend APIs ensuring stability and security
- Optimize app performance, memory usage, and loading states
- Use analytics and production data to improve the product
- Implement AI-assisted features where they enhance user experience
What you'll need
- 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin
- Strong fundamentals and experience shipping production apps
- Proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern architecture
- Solid understanding of mobile UX, usability, and edge cases
- Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues
- Fast execution style with high ownership and attention to quality
- Strong English communication skills for global team collaboration
