You will develop the native Android experience for Doit's AI Neobank application, focusing on insurance, payments, and claims. The team aims to simplify complex financial journeys while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability for real customers.
Working with product and design teams, you will integrate backend APIs and optimize app metrics such as crash rates and memory usage. The role requires building AI-assisted features only when they genuinely enhance the user experience.
What you'll do
- Build and ship Android features using Kotlin
- Create clean flows for insurance and payments
- Simplify complex user journeys with design teams
- Integrate backend APIs for stable mobile flows
- Improve app performance, crash rate and memory
- Use analytics to drive product improvements
- Implement AI-assisted experiences where useful
What you'll need
- 3+ years of Android development with Kotlin
- Strong fundamentals and production app experience
- Knowledge of Jetpack, Coroutines and Flow
- Understanding of modern Android architecture
- Strong sense of mobile UX and usability
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Ability to debug production issues effectively
- Strong English communication skills
