Join BJAK's engineering team to develop the Android experience for their AI-powered neobanking application. You will collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex financial journeys, including insurance, payments, and investments, ensuring high quality and stability for real users.
What you'll do
- Build and ship Android features using Kotlin
- Create clean flows for insurance, payments, and claims
- Simplify complex user journeys with product and design
- Integrate backend APIs for stable and secure mobile flows
- Improve app performance, crash rates, and memory usage
- Use analytics and production data to enhance the product
- Implement AI-assisted experiences where they add value
What you'll need
- 3+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin
- Strong fundamentals and history of shipping production apps
- Proficiency in Jetpack, Coroutines, Flow, and modern architecture
- Solid understanding of mobile UX, usability, and edge cases
- Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging issues
- Fast execution style with high ownership and quality focus
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration

- Examples of previously shipped work available for review
