What you'll do
- Design and lead implementation of scalable core platform systems
- Set technical direction and drive code quality from design to deployment
- Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams
- Promote architectural integrity and modern design patterns
- Mentor engineers to foster ownership and continuous learning
- Address technical debt and resolve incidents promptly
What you'll need
- 10+ years in technical leadership and mentorship
- Deep expertise in distributed backend systems and scalable architectures
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with front-end architecture or full-stack perspectives
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or relevant experience
