Join the ClickPipes team to build services that handle petabyte-scale data ingestion into ClickHouse Cloud. You will own technical decisions for the platform, ensuring high throughput, fault tolerance, and reliability for customer data pipelines.
What you'll do
- Build integrations with streaming platforms like Kafka, Kinesis, and Pub/Sub
- Develop connectors for object storage including S3, GCS, and Azure Blob Storage
- Improve system performance based on operational metrics and user feedback
- Drive architectural decisions for platform scalability and resilience
- Participate in on-call rotations to handle production incidents
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience building and operating distributed systems
- Strong proficiency in Go and its ecosystem
- Expertise in designing for scalability, concurrency, and fault tolerance
- Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in distributed environments
- Clear communication skills for cross-team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience with data ingestion pipelines
- Background in streaming platforms or object storage systems
