Join the Support Services team at ClickHouse to deliver exceptional service to global enterprise customers. You will blend hands-on engineering with high-tier support, working directly with strategic accounts on design, architecture, and implementation.

This position involves assisting with support cases across L1 to L3 tiers when not engaged in larger customer projects. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to influence the roadmap while contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

What you'll do

  • Lead customer projects focusing on design, architecture, and integration
  • Provide consultative support for implementation and production launches
  • Handle L1 to L3 support cases when not assigned to specific projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to product roadmap
  • Create technical content including documentation and reference architectures
  • Mentor new team members and assist with hiring processes
  • Participate in on-call rotation for global 24x7 support coverage

What you'll need

  • 5+ years in Professional Services, Support, or Engineering roles
  • Experience with scalable, distributed database management systems
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, and big data technologies
  • Proven track record leading large-scale technical projects
  • Expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure infrastructure services
  • Excellent communication skills for customer-facing interactions

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with ClickHouse database
  • Active participation in open-source communities
  • Experience with data pipelines like Kafka or Spark
  • Familiarity with multiple public cloud providers

How you'll work
