Join the Basketball Coverage team at GameChanger to scale products for youth sports. You will lead engineers working on scorekeeping, live video capture, and coaching tools. The goal is to make game coverage fast, reliable, and low-friction for users on the sideline.
What you'll do
- Coach and develop engineers with clear expectations and feedback
- Define delivery goals and manage priorities with product partners
- Ensure high standards for engineering craft and system reliability
- Hire and onboard engineers with strong values and AI fluency
- Contribute to broader engineering culture and organizational effectiveness
What you'll need
- 4+ years leading engineering teams
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Technical depth in stack areas with architectural breadth
- Strong product instincts and partnership skills
- Active development of AI fluency for self and team
