What you'll do
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders like annotators and product managers
- Craft code for browser and server-side user-facing products
- Identify and remove roadblocks to improve team engineering velocity
- Build resilient, mission-critical systems for internal use
- Adopt new technologies to enhance performance and reliability
- Participate in pairing sessions, architectural designs, and documentation
What you'll need
- Experience shipping products with a large number of stakeholders
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development
- Hands-on experience with Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Python
- Ability to write and handle complex SQL queries
- Strong communication skills and commitment to documentation
- Capacity to explain complex technical goals to diverse audiences
