You will engineer the AI-driven systems that power Leap’s clinical and business operations, replacing manual workflows with automated pipelines. Working closely with clinical and business teams, you will design care orchestration systems that coordinate treatment journeys across patients, providers, and pharmacies.
This position requires owning large surface areas across product, data, and infrastructure. You will ship both internal and external products, ensuring high-quality code and documentation while integrating with CRM and healthcare systems in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
What you'll do
- Build LLM agents and automation pipelines to replace manual operational workflows
- Design AI-driven care orchestration systems for patient and provider coordination
- Identify automation opportunities by collaborating with clinical and business teams
- Own and ship internal and external products for clinical teams and customers
- Build and maintain shared services, identity management, and data architecture
- Ship integrations across CRM platforms and external healthcare systems
- Design PHI-safe LLM pipelines, agent frameworks, and evaluation systems
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience building AI systems in production
- Proficiency with LLM integrations, agents, and AI-powered workflows
- TypeScript-native full-stack generalist skills
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure
- Track record of shipping high-quality code without dedicated QA or design support
- Experience building products from scratch at an early-stage startup
- Heavy use of AI tools in personal development workflow
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare or with HIPAA compliance
- Knowledge of data pipelines using BigQuery or ETL processes
- Experience with CRM integrations such as Salesforce or HubSpot
