As a Solutions Engineer at voize, you serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and its customers. You will validate infrastructure, configure secure environments, resolve technical issues, and scale deployments to ensure smooth operations for over 200,000 users in healthcare facilities.
What you'll do
- Support presales calls to assess infrastructure and identify blockers
- Validate customer infrastructure and configure secure setups
- Troubleshoot technical issues across systems, networks, and browsers
- Support technical scaling for growing user bases and infrastructure changes
- Document technical setups and handoffs for internal collaboration
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to internal tools or processes
What you'll need
- Several years of experience as a Linux or Windows Administrator
- Expertise in Windows/Linux system administration and network configuration
- Knowledge of firewalls, proxies, routing, MDMs, and APIs
- Experience with virtualization, Docker, Nginx, IIS, and load balancing
- Strong troubleshooting skills across APIs, browsers, and devices
- Fluent in English (C1) and confident in German (C2)
- Proactive mindset with strong documentation skills
