Join Air Apps as a System Administrator to maintain the company's IT systems and ensure a secure work environment. You will handle device management, network security, and technical support for employees at the Lisbon office.
What you'll do
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure, cloud services, and internal systems
- Oversee user access and identity management via Google Workspace and Okta
- Enforce network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies
- Monitor hardware and software performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement security best practices including MFA and role-based access control
- Support company-wide SaaS tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Notion
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding account setups
- Automate IT operations and workflows to improve efficiency
- Maintain software licenses, compliance records, and IT documentation
- Provide technical support and training to staff members
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience in IT or systems administration
- Experience managing cloud-based IT environments like AWS or Azure
- Proficiency with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud
- Knowledge of endpoint management solutions like Jamf or Intune
- Familiarity with network security, VPNs, and zero-trust models
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Understanding of IT compliance and data privacy regulations like GDPR
- Strong problem-solving skills for a fast-paced environment
