You will maintain the company's IT environment, overseeing device management, network security, and identity access. Working from the Lisbon office, you ensure secure and efficient operations for employees using cloud-based tools and internal systems.
What you'll do
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, and cloud services
- Oversee user access, provisioning, and identity management across platforms
- Enforce network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies
- Monitor hardware and software performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement security best practices like MFA and role-based access control
- Support company-wide SaaS tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Notion
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding account setups
- Automate IT operations and workflows to improve efficiency
- Maintain software licenses, compliance records, and IT documentation
- Provide technical support and training to staff members
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience in IT or systems administration
- Experience managing cloud-based IT environments like Google Workspace or Azure
- Proficiency with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud
- Knowledge of endpoint management solutions like Jamf or Intune
- Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust models
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Strong understanding of GDPR, SOC 2, and IT compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills for fast-paced environments
