You will maintain the company's IT environment, overseeing device management, network security, and identity access for employees. This position ensures a secure and efficient workspace by managing cloud services and providing technical support.
Based in the Lisbon office, you will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to optimize internal operations and enforce security best practices.
What you'll do
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure, cloud services, and internal systems
- Oversee user access and identity management across platforms
- Ensure network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption
- Monitor hardware and software performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement security practices like MFA and role-based access control
- Support company-wide SaaS tools such as Slack and Notion
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding account processes
- Automate IT operations and workflows to improve efficiency
- Maintain software licenses, compliance records, and documentation
- Provide technical support and training to staff members
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience in IT or systems administration
- Experience managing cloud-based corporate IT environments
- Proficiency with identity and access management tools like Okta
- Knowledge of endpoint management solutions such as Jamf or Intune
- Familiarity with network security, VPNs, and zero-trust models
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Understanding of IT compliance and data privacy regulations like GDPR
