You will maintain the company's IT systems, ensuring secure and efficient operations for employees. Responsibilities include managing cloud services, overseeing device security, and providing technical support across the organization.
What you'll do
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, and internal systems
- Oversee user access, provisioning, and identity management via Okta or Azure AD
- Enforce network security, endpoint protection, and data encryption policies
- Monitor hardware and software performance while troubleshooting issues
- Implement security best practices including MFA and role-based access control
- Support company-wide tools such as Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Atlassian
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding by managing account setups
- Automate IT workflows and system monitoring to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain software licenses, compliance records, and IT documentation
- Provide technical support and training to ensure smooth system usage
What you'll need
- At least three years of experience in IT or systems administration
- Experience managing cloud-based environments like Google Workspace or AWS
- Proficiency with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud
- Knowledge of endpoint management solutions like Jamf, Intune, or Kandji
- Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust models
- Strong understanding of GDPR, SOC 2, and other data privacy regulations
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently
