Join the Professional Services team to help enterprise clients move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents. You will combine software development, platform engineering, and customer-facing skills to architect scalable infrastructure and reliable agent applications.
This position requires deep technical expertise in both infrastructure domains and agent engineering. You will work directly with customers to assess technical maturity, design solutions, and optimize deployments using LangChain's open-source frameworks and LangSmith platform.
What you'll do
- Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments including compute, storage, and networking
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm with GitOps practices
- Architect multi-agent systems and implement agent logic using modern frameworks like LangGraph
- Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts through A/B testing
- Lead technical maturity assessments and work directly with enterprise customers to define requirements
- Partner with Engagement Managers and Product teams to guide deployment and operations
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect
- 3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments
- Experience with database systems, high-availability strategies, and disaster recovery solutions
- 1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents with LLM frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript development
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Nice to have
- Background as a founder or unusual career path with relevant skillsets
- Experience with vector stores, RAG patterns, and knowledge organization
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
