Join the Professional Services team to help enterprise clients move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents. You will architect scalable infrastructure and build reliable agent applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
This position requires deep technical expertise in both platform engineering and agent development. You will work directly with customers to assess needs, design solutions, and guide implementation while collaborating with internal product and engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm
- Architect multi-agent systems using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks
- Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts via A/B testing
- Lead technical maturity assessments and infrastructure audits for enterprise clients
- Partner with Engagement Managers and Product teams to deliver customer solutions
What you'll need
- 7+ years in technical, customer-facing roles like Solutions Architect or FDE
- 3+ years designing production infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design and autoscaling
- Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps practices
- 1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills
- Experience with vector stores, RAG patterns, and LLM frameworks
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Nice to have
- Background as a founder or unusual entrepreneurial experience
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
- Knowledge of database HA, replication, and backup strategies
