Join LangChain's Professional Services team to help enterprise clients move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents. You will architect scalable infrastructure and build reliable agent applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
This position requires deep technical expertise in both cloud infrastructure and agent engineering. You will work directly with customers to assess needs, design solutions, and guide implementation while collaborating with internal engineering and product teams.
What you'll do
- Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm
- Architect multi-agent systems using modern frameworks like LangGraph
- Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts via A/B testing
- Lead technical maturity assessments and infrastructure audits for enterprise clients
- Partner with Engagement Managers and Product teams to define requirements
What you'll need
- 7+ years in hands-on customer-facing technical roles like Solutions Architect
- 3+ years designing production infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design and autoscaling
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Helm
- 1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills
- Experience with vector stores, RAG patterns, and LLM frameworks
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
