Join the Professional Services team at LangChain to help enterprise customers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents. You will architect secure, scalable infrastructure and build reliable multi-agent applications that solve real business problems.
This position blends software development, platform engineering, and customer-facing consulting. You will collaborate with internal teams to shape best practices while deploying cutting-edge AI technology for major organizations.
What you'll do
- Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments including compute and security
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm with GitOps practices
- Architect multi-agent systems and implement logic using modern frameworks like LangGraph
- Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts through A/B testing
- Lead technical maturity assessments and present recommendations to enterprise customers
- Partner with Engagement Managers and Product teams to align technical solutions with business needs
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience in hands-on customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect
- 3+ years designing and deploying production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Helm
- 1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents
- Strong experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
- Solid Python and/or TypeScript development skills
- Experience conducting technical assessments or infrastructure audits for enterprise clients
Nice to have
- Background as a founder or unusual career path with relevant skillsets
- Experience with vector stores, RAG patterns, and knowledge organization
- Knowledge of database systems including HA, replication, and backup strategies
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
