Join the Professional Services team to architect secure, scalable infrastructure and reliable agent applications for enterprise clients. You will combine software development, platform engineering, and customer-facing skills to solve real business problems using LangChain technologies.
What you'll do
- Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm
- Architect multi-agent systems and implement agent logic
- Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts
- Lead technical maturity assessments for enterprise customers
- Partner with Engagement Managers and Product teams on requirements
What you'll need
- 7+ years in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles
- 3+ years designing production infrastructure on GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design and autoscaling
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps practices
- 1+ years building production AI/ML applications or agents
- Proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar LLM frameworks
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Nice to have
- Background as a founder with relevant skillsets
- Experience with vector stores and RAG patterns
- Knowledge of observability tools like Prometheus or Datadog
