Join the Professional Services team to help enterprise clients move from prototypes to reliable production agents. You will translate vague workflows into concrete software specs, co-build solutions with customer engineering teams, and sometimes embed directly within their organizations to ship agent systems.
What you'll do
- Design agent architectures and review evaluation strategies for clients
- Co-build solutions across the full Agent Development Lifecycle
- Embed within customer teams to ship agent systems directly
- Implement orchestration patterns and custom conversational UIs
- Handle post-training, fine-tuning, and model selection tasks
What you'll need
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with deep Python expertise
- 2+ years building and shipping production agent systems
- Strong client-facing communication skills for technical stakeholders
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable frameworks
- Familiarity with evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI
- Willingness to travel up to 20-25% of the time
Nice to have
- Exposure to dataset curation and post-training techniques like SFT or RLHF
- Experience with trace mining for continuous improvement loops
- Knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript
