What you'll do
- Guide companies in turning LLM ideas into production-ready applications
- Collaborate on diverse projects like concierge search and agentic co-pilots
- Deliver technical demos of the full LangChain product suite
- Lead training sessions and workshops on best practices for developers
- Partner with enterprise sales to support deal closure
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
- Lead special projects that utilize new internal products
- Travel to customer sites for deployment and technical engagement
What you'll need
- Minimum 3 years in software engineering or customer engineering
- Experience as a deployed engineer or solution architect
- Strong engineering background with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to present best practices to large technical teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Proven ownership mentality and action-oriented approach

- Familiarity with LangChain frameworks or building with LLMs
