Join as a Forward Deployed Engineer to deliver agentic AI systems that solve real banking problems like lending and compliance. You will work within the Titan platform, configuring and extending tools to fit specific client needs while supported by senior engineers.
This role involves direct client partnership, rapid prototyping, and capturing patterns back into the platform. It offers a growth path toward deeper architectural ownership and off-platform building.
What you'll do
- Build and ship agentic workflows for banking use cases like lending and ops
- Configure agents, write integrations, and design evaluation frameworks
- Partner with clients to gather requirements and demo progress
- Iterate quickly through hypothesis, prototyping, and refinement
- Capture successful patterns to improve the platform for future builds
- Learn banking domain specifics including risk and regulatory context
What you'll need
- Demonstrable builder mindset with practical project experience
- Comfortable with client-facing interactions and requirement gathering
- Strong curiosity and ability to learn banking domain rapidly
- Experience in prompt and context engineering for language models
- Full-stack development skills with a backend focus in Python
- Experience building agents using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar SDKs
- Familiarity with RAG patterns and agent search mechanisms
- Exposure to AI evals, observability, or training loops
