You will embed directly with banking clients to understand their workflows and regulatory constraints. Your goal is to translate ambiguous business problems into shipped software, balancing executive conversations with hands-on coding.
This position requires strong product instinct and front-end skills. You will design agents, configure toolkits, and deliver client-facing experiences that feel native to the banking environment.
What you'll do
- Embed with clients to map workflows and define strategic outcomes
- Translate business problems into testable hypotheses and ship solutions
- Own product decisions including scope, sequencing, and UX design
- Build full-stack applications with a focus on UI/UX craft
- Design, configure, and iterate on agentic workflows end-to-end
- Codify learnings into reusable patterns and platform feedback
- Partner with internal teams to represent client reality
What you'll need
- Strong bias to build with a history of shipping projects
- Sharp product and UX instinct with prototyping skills
- Experience in banking or highly regulated B2B sectors
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and build trust
- Comfort owning workstreams without heavy PM oversight
- Hypothesis-driven mindset open to changing course based on evidence
Nice to have
- Prompt and context engineering experience
- Knowledge of agent search patterns like RAG
- Familiarity with eval and training loops for AI agents
- Exposure to AI security primitives and observability
