Join BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into spending, saving, and investing. You will build features for the AI Neobank App, working with product and design teams to turn complex financial journeys into intuitive mobile products.
This position suits strong mobile builders who prioritize UX, performance, and reliability. You will own your work with limited handholding, shipping production apps used by real users across the region.
What you'll do
- Build and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS platforms
- Create simple flows for insurance, payments, claims, and renewals
- Collaborate with product and design to simplify complex user journeys
- Integrate APIs and handle edge cases, errors, and loading states
- Improve app performance, reliability, crash rates, and user experience
- Support fast product launches and iterations across mobile journeys
- Help set high standards for mobile product quality
What you'll need
- 3+ years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS, or both
- Strong proficiency with Kotlin and/or Swift
- Experience shipping production apps used by real users
- Strong product sense and attention to mobile UX details
- Ability to work with APIs, analytics, crash logs, and feedback
- Comfortable owning work with limited handholding
- Strong English communication skills

- Experience building financial or insurance applications
