Join BJAK, the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into broader financial services. You will help build an AI-driven Neobank App, focusing on creating intuitive flows for insurance, payments, and investments.
This position suits developers who think like product builders and prioritize user experience. You will own features end-to-end, working with limited supervision to ship high-quality code in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Build and ship mobile features for Android and/or iOS platforms
- Design simple flows for insurance, payments, claims, and financial services
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on complex journeys
- Integrate APIs and manage edge cases, errors, and loading states
- Optimize app performance, reliability, and crash rates
- Support rapid product launches and iterative experiments
What you'll need
- 3+ years of mobile development experience in Android, iOS, or both
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Swift
- Proven track record of shipping production apps to real users
- Strong product sense and attention to mobile UX details
- Ability to work with APIs, analytics, and crash logs
- Self-starter comfortable owning work with minimal guidance
- Strong English communication skills
